“Thang Co” is traditional and popular dish of Mong people in many mountainous areas of Ha Giang. It is made from different parts of beefs and goats including heads, legs, internal organs, and all meat together cooked with herbal and eating with “Men Men”, Corn cakes. Thang co will delicious more than with a bowl of  corn wine.
