Itinerary

Transfer from Hanoi to Sapa in the morning. Having lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit Cat Cat Village where you’ll learn about the daily life of the H’mong ethnic people and visit Tien Sa Waterfall. Enjoy a traditional music performance at the old hydroelectric power station. Overnight in Sapa.

Start the day with 6km of walking down to the Southeast of Sapa along Muong Hoa Valley to Y Linh Ho village, the home of the Black H’mong. Then, you will continue walking for another 3km down to Lao Chai village. Stop at the village for lunch. After lunch, continue trekking through the rice terraces to Ta Van village of the Dzay tribe where we stay overnight in a local family. Here you have the opportunity to experience their daily home life, work, and unique customs. Take photos with Rattan Bridge and enjoy the mountainous views, then relax for the evening. Overnight in Sapa.

Breakfast will be served by hotel. Transfer to visit the village inhabited by the red Dzao (Giang Ta Chai). The village is surrounded by a stunning green valley and makes for lovely photos.Having lunch. Visit a beautiful waterfall and rattan bridge and soak in the landscapes through a bamboo forest as we make our way back to Sapa town. Check in, relax and have dinner in the hotel. Free time to cherish the beauty of Sapa Town at night time.  Overnight in Sapa.

Breakfast at hotel. Free time to explore Sapa Town in the morning until the tour guide and the driver pick you up at hotel and transfer to Ha Giang. Overnight in Ha Giang.

After breakfast, meet your guide and driver and visit Bac Sum Pass, up to Heaven Gate, where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the twin mountains and Tam Son town. Lunch in Yen Minh Town. Short break and drive towards Dong Van, through the picturesque Chin Khoanh Pass. Enjoy viewing Dong Van Karst Plateau, a major heritage site in Vietnam. The landscape is composed of endless rice fields, thousands of limestone rocks and breathtaking views. It also gives you the chance to experience the life of hill-tribe villages where local people works on the land. Visit Hmong King’s Palace, a home of Vuong’s family in Sa Phin. Arrive in Dong Van where you will spend the night at a hotel. Enjoy a local Vietnamese dinner. At night time, relax before another day of adventures. Overnight in Dong Van.

After breakfast, we leave Dong Van Town to make our way to the “King” of mountain passes in Vietnam – the Ma Pi Leng Pass. It’s risen to fame because of its abrupt cliffs and breathtaking views with an altitude of 2,000m at its peak! After driving through the pass and stopping occasionally to soak in the best views and snap photos, you’ll have the opportunity to trek the Sky Path, which offers a 360° panorama of Ma Pi Leng Pass. Paddling along the turquoise waters while being awed by the mountains above will be unforgettable. We’ll continue to drive through the rustic villages of Meo Vac, Mau Due and Lung Ho, where lunch is served. In the afternoon, transfer to Du Gia Local Village.  Overnight in Du Gia Local Village. 

After breakfast, we transfer to have firsthand experience of the art of H’mong textile making in Lung Tam, a H’mong village where local women work tirelessly to produce pieces of textile art.We then cross Quan Ba town, where you’ll see Nui Doi mountain. After lunch, transfer to Hanoi. Ends tour.
